A glance at the product’s recipe tells us that ESORI minerals, in addition to boasting a high content of minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, Vitamin K2, Vitamin D3, and a pre- and probiotic, is also distinguished by the presence of the so-called "Cultavit® S1" a dry extract of buckwheat sprouts (Fagopyrum esculentum Moench - fruit) titrated in zinc, copper and manganese and "Cultavit® S2" titrated in iron, chrome and molybdenum.
Furthermore, buckwheat sprout powder – the principal component of "Cultavit® S1 and "Cultavit® S2" - is NOT obtained by extraction! Organic buckwheat is germinated in a nutrient solution containing vitamins and/or trace elements. During germination, the seed absorbs the available substances and incorporates them into its structures. After drying, the seeds are milled - a completely unique and protected process.
It is recommended to take one or two sachets of the product per day diluted in 150/200 ml of water at any time of the day.

Buckwheat, in Latin Fagopyrum esculentum, which has been cultivated in Europe and Asia for centuries, in recent years has experienced a true renaissance. Since it does not belong to the same family as wheat - despite its similarity in name - and therefore does not contain gluten, the flour obtained from its seeds is becoming more and more important and popular.
Organic buckwheat is germinated in a nutrient solution containing vitamins and/or trace elements. These sprouts have proven to be particularly receptive and robust. If they are placed in a nutrient-rich, aqueous environment, they begin to grow when the proper temperature and environmental conditions are maintained. During germination, the substances are absorbed into the seedlings (= titration). This process is closely observed, controlled and interrupted at the most appropriate time. After drying, the sprouts are milled and prepared for production.
